SHIPPING POLICY
Graci8 is committed to providing efficient shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs for all orders. We aim to ensure that your purchase reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.
We do our best to despatch your purchase within 2-3 days and therefore your product will be with you in 3-5 working days, sooner if possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Graci8. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return or exchange it. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if it has been handled in a way that affects its condition or value.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. If we have sent an incorrect item, or it arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you and arrange reimbursement of reasonable return-postage costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid for the order will also be refunded where required. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
